摘  要:国内各家丙烷脱氢装置原料中甲醇含量对催化剂活性的影响越来越显著,据此介绍BLDO-18脱醇剂在浙江华泓新材料有限公司45万吨/年丙烷脱氢装置上的应用情况,截至目前已使用3年多。应用结果表明:当入口甲醇含量比较低时,其出口甲醇含量未检出;当入口甲醇含量非常高时,其仍表现出优异的脱醇能力,说明其可将杂质脱除至超低程度且具有很高的脱除容量。同时从侧面也考察了脱醇剂的重要性,即通过研究甲醇进入脱氢反应系统后,对四台反应器中催化剂的碳含量、反应总温降、副产物干气中CO含量的影响,试验表明甲醇会造成脱氢催化剂的碳含量增多、反应总温降下降及干气中CO含量超标等现象,可能影响催化剂的活性和使用寿命,进而影响装置的产能。As the methanol content in propane increases,its impact on the activity of propane dehydrogenation catalysts becomes increas-ingly significant.The application of BLDO-18 methanol removal adsorbent in 450 KTA propane dehydrogenation unit of Zhejiang Huahong New Ma-terials Co.,Ltd.is introduced.BLDO-18 adsorbent has been used for nearly 3 years.The industrial application results indicate that when the inlet methanol content is low,there is no methanol at the outlet,when the inlet methanol content is very high,it still exhibits excellent removal ability,indi-cating that it can remove impurity to ultra-low levels and has high adsorption capacity.At the same time,the importance of BLDO-18 adsorbent was indirectly examined,that is,by studying the impact of methanol entering the dehydrogenation reaction system on the carbon content of the catalyst in the four reactors,total reaction temperature drop,and carbon monoxide content in the by-product gas,it was found that methanol not only causes an increase in the carbon content of dehydrogenation catalysts and a decrease in the total reaction temperature drop,but also seriously exceeds the CO content in dry-gas,which can affect the activity and service life of the catalyst,and thus affecting the production capacity of the plant.
