摘 要:以蓖麻油加氢脱氧影响因素为主要研究目的,采用浸渍法制备了γ-Al_(2)O_(3)载体负载的Ni-Mo双金属催化剂,并采用XRD、NH_(3)-TPD、BET等技术对反应前后催化剂的性质进行了表征,以探究反应过程中产物中C17和C18的比值(奇偶比)变化与催化剂的关系。结果表明,产物奇偶比降低伴随着催化剂酸性的降低,尤其是中强酸与强酸的降低。考察了不同工艺条件下蓖麻油加氢脱氧反应规律,结果表明,提高反应温度,降低反应空速,提高氢油比对加氢直接脱氧反应的发生降低奇偶比有利,产物中C18的比例提高,奇偶比降低。研究影响蓖麻油加氢脱氧效率的部分因素,为提升蓖麻油生物燃料产业的经济效益提供了一定的参考。The main objective was to study the influencing factors of castor oil hydrodeoxidation.Aγ-Al_(2)O_(3)-supported Ni-Mo bimetallic catalyst was prepared via impregnation method,and its properties were characterized by XRD,NH_(3)-TPD,BET,etc.,before and after the reaction.The relationship between the C17-C18 ratio in the product and the catalyst was examined.The results revealed that a decrease in the odd-even ratio correlated with a reduction in catalyst acidity,particularly medium and strong acids.Furthermore,increasing reaction temperature,decreasing space velocity,and increasing hydrogen-oil ratio were found to lower the C17-C18 ratio while increasing C18 proportion in the product.Some factors affecting the hydrodeoxidation efficiency of castor oil were studied to provide some reference for improving the economic benefits of castor oil biofuel industry.
