工作面Y型通风治理上隅角瓦斯积聚技术及效果分析

摘  要:传统工作面U型通风方式下,工作面上隅角常发生瓦斯积聚现象,对采煤工作面安全造成严重威胁。为消除工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚现象,以余吾煤业N1100工作面为工程背景,现场实测对比了工作面U型通风模式下和Y型通风模式下上隅角和回风流中瓦斯体积分数变化。研究结果表明:工作面Y型通风模式可以有效解决传统工作面U型通风模式上隅角瓦斯积聚问题,能够保证工作面安全回采。Under the traditional U-shaped ventilation method of the mining face,gas accumulation often occurs in the upper corner of the mining face,posing a serious threat to the safety of the coal mining.To eliminate the phenomenon of gas accumulation in the upper corner of a mining face,this study takes the mining face N1100 of Yuwu Coal mine as the engineering background to compare the changes in gas concentration measured in the upper corner and return air flow under U-shaped ventilation mode and Y-shaped ventilation mode.The research results indicate that the Y-shaped ventilation mode in the mining face can effectively solve gas accumulation in the upper corner of the mining face under the traditional U-shaped ventilation mode,ensuring the coal mining safety.
