摘 要:针对天然气放空的问题,直接放空对环境的污染十分严重,所以热放空成为解决环境污染问题的重要途径。首先,建立了3种不同型式的燃烧器,分析火焰燃烧特性,模拟了相同流量下3种燃烧器的速度、温度及关键组分浓度的分布规律,并对比了其燃烧效率。结果表明,由于聚拢式和阵列式存在斜射流,使燃烧器出口形成了回流区,天然气与空气混合更加充分,火焰较为稳定,聚拢式相比于阵列式燃烧更加充分,而8孔聚拢式燃烧器相比于4孔式,火焰高度得到了进一步的降低,同时保持燃烧破坏率的前提下,燃烬率得到了提升。故上述放空火炬燃烧器的研发对提高燃烧效率和降低火焰高度、减少放空产生的环境污染具有重要意义。Regarding the issue of natural gas venting,direct venting causes serious environmental pollution,making thermal venting an important way to solve environmental pollution problems.Firstly,three different types of burners were established to analyze the flame combustion characteristics.The distribution patterns of velocity,temperature,and key component concentrations of the three burners were simulated under the same flow rate,and their combustion efficiencies were compared.The results showed that due to the presence of oblique jet flow in the convergent and arrayed burners,a recirculation zone was formed at the outlet of the burner,resulting in more complete mixing of natural gas and air,and a more stable flame.Compared with the arrayed burner,the convergent burner had more complete combustion,while the 8-hole convergent burner had a further reduction in flame height and an improvement in burnout rate while maintaining combustion failure rate.Therefore,the research and development of the above-mentioned flare burner is of great significance for improving combustion efficiency,reducing flame height,and minimizing environmental pollution caused by venting.
