摘 要:首先从热力学计算的角度出发,分析了镍铁锰三元共沉淀体系热力学平衡,通过热力学计算确定体系共沉淀的最佳条件。而后以计算的最佳共沉淀条件为研究基础进行三元前驱体材料的合成,并对制备的材料进行表征和分析。热力学计算结果显示,当体系NH_(3)浓度为0.1 mol/L、0.3 mol/L、0.6 mol/L和1.0 mol/L时,理论上的最佳共沉淀pH值分别为11.3、12.0、12.3和12.8。实验结果表明在各个理论计算的最佳反应条件下均可以实现三种离子的有效共沉淀,溶液中残余离子的含量均低于5 mg/L。在pH值相对较低和NH+离子存在的条件下有利于三元前驱体颗粒的长大和振实密度的提高,在pH值为11.3,NH_(3)浓度为0.1 mol/L条件下制备样品的D50为7.51μm,振实密度达到1.61 g/cm以上。The thermodynamic equilibrium of the nickel-iron-manganese ternary coprecipitation system was analyzed from the perspective of thermodynamic calculation,and the optimal conditions for coprecipitation were determined through thermodynamic calculation.Then,based on the calculated optimal coprecipitation conditions,the ternary precursor materials were synthesized,and the prepared materials were characterized and analyzed.The thermodynamic calculation results indicate that when the NH_(3) concentration of the system is 0.1 mol/L,0.3 mol/L,0.6 mol/L,and 1.0 mol/L,the theoretical optimal coprecipitation pH values are 11.3,12.0,12.3,and 12.8,respectively.The experimental results reveal that the effective coprecipitation of the three ions can be achieved under the optimal reaction conditions,and the residual ion content in the solution is less than 5 mg/L.A relatively low pH value and the presence of NH+ions are beneficial for the growth of ternary precursor particles and the increase of vibration den-sity.The D50 of the sample prepared under the conditions of a pH value of 11.3 and an NH_(3) concentration of 0.1 mol/L is 7.51μm,and the vibration density is above 1.61 g/cm^(3).
