摘 要:储气库广泛采用三甘醇(Triethylene Glycol,TEG)脱水工艺对采出气进行脱水,但因注、采工艺的不连续及采气量波动等实际问题,三甘醇脱水装置往往不能在最优化条件下运行,从而加剧了设备能耗、降低了经济效益。基于储气库三甘醇脱水装置的基本流程与设备,建立三甘醇脱水工艺模拟模型,并对影响露点降的工艺参数进行分析,建立多层次、多指标的能耗优化评价模型,利用改进的层次分析法确定评价指标权重,结合灰色关联评价方法完成模型求解。以某储气库三甘醇脱水装置为例,对模型进行应用,结果表明,三甘醇注入量较优化前有所降低,重沸器温度降低,脱水装置单位能耗较优化前降低7.4%,年节约成本37.97万元,优化效果显著。Gas storage facilities widely use the triethylene glycol(TEG)dehydration process to dehydrate produced gas.However,due to practical problems such as the discontinuity of injection and production processes and fluctuations in gas production,the TEG dehydration device often cannot operate under optimal conditions,thereby increasing equipment energy consumption and reducing economic benefits.Based on the basic process and equipment of the triethylene glycol dehydration unit of the gas storage reservoir,a triethylene glycol dehydration process simulation model was established,and the process parameters affecting the dew point drop were analyzed.A multi-level and multi-index energy consumption optimization evaluation system was established,and the evaluation index weights were determined using the improved hierarchical analysis method.An evaluation method was established based on the grey correlation method,and its accuracy was finally verified through case analysis.The application example showed that the injection amount of triethylene glycol was reduced compared with that before optimization,the reboiler temperature was reduced,and the annual cost savings were 379700 yuan.The optimization effect was significant.
