摘  要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂、血流变的关系。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年4月于河南中医药大学第五临床医学院就诊的81例2型糖尿病患者进行研究,按照血糖控制是否达标分为达标组(HbA1c≤7%,n=48)和未达标组(HbA1c>7%,n=33)。比较两组FBG、血脂、血流变指标水平,并运用Spearman模型分析2型糖尿病患者HbA1c水平与上述有差异指标的相关性。结果:达标组FBG、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(Apo B)水平低于未达标组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于未达标组(P<0.05);达标组全血中切黏度(40/s)、全血低切黏度(10/s)低于未达标组(P<0.05)。经Spearman模型分析发现,2型糖尿病患者HbA1c水平与FBG、LDL-C、Apo B、全血中切黏度(40/s)、全血低切黏度(10/s)呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者HbA1c水平与FBG、血脂、血流变存在相关性。Objective:To investigate the relationship between glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FBG),blood lipids and hemorheology in type 2 diabetes patients.Methods:A total of 81 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the Fifth Clinical College of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to April 2024 were selected for the study,and divided into the qualified group(HbA1c≤7%,n=48)and the non-qualified group(HbA1c>7%,n=33)according to the standard of blood glucose control.The levels of FBG,blood lipids and hemorheology were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between HbA1c level and the above different indicators was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis.Results:The levels of FBG,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and Apolipoprotein B(Apo B)in conforming group were lower than those in non-conforming group,and the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were higher than those in nonconforming group(P<0.05).The whole blood tangential viscosity(40/s)and the whole blood low tangential viscosity(10/s)in the qualified group were lower than those in the non-qualified group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that HbA1c level was positively correlated with FBG,LDL-C,Apo B,whole blood tangential viscosity(40/s)and whole blood low tangential viscosity(10/s),and negatively correlated with HDL-C in type 2 diabetes patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of HbA1c is correlated with FBG,blood lipid and hemorheology in patients with type 2 diabetes.
