可视喉镜在气管插管患者气道管理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究可视喉镜在气管插管患者气道管理中的应用价值。方法:选取黔西南布依族苗族自治州人民医院2022年1月—2023年12月实施气管插管的80例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=40,采用传统气管插管方法)和研究组(n=40,采用可视喉镜进行气管插管)。比较两组插管时间、插管成功率、并发症发生率、声门暴露程度、应激反应情况[心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、平均动脉压(MAP)]。结果:研究组插管时间短于对照组(P<0.001);研究组插管成功率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.001);研究组Cormack-Lehane分级优于对照组(P<0.001);干预后,研究组HR、RR和MAP水平均低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:在气管插管患者气道管理中使用可视喉镜可以提高插管成功率、减少并发症发生,缩短插管时间,改善声门暴露程度,减轻患者的应激反应。Objective:To explore the application value of video laryngoscope in airway management of patients with endotracheal intubation.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent endotracheal intubation in the Qianxinan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group(n=40,using traditional endotracheal intubation method)and a study group(n=40,using video laryngoscope for endotracheal intubation).The intubation time,intubation success rate,complication rate,glottal exposure,and stress response[heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The intubation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.001).The intubation success rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).The Cormack-Lehane grade of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.001).After intervention,the HR,RR and MAP levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The use of video laryngoscope in airway management of endotracheal intubated patients can improve the success rate of intubation,reduce complications,shorten intubation time,improve glottis exposure,and reduce patients'stress response.
