摘  要:目的:分析调QNd YAG激光对面部雀斑患者的影响及不良反应。方法:选择深圳市宝安区石岩人民医院2022年1月—2023年12月收治的100例面部雀斑患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组(n=50,行光子嫩肤疗法)和观察组(n=50,行调QNd YAG激光治疗)。对比两组创面恢复情况、皮损评分、血清促黑素水平、皮肤特征评分及不良反应发生率。结果:两组红斑持续时间、疼痛持续时间、愈合时间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组皮损面积、皮损颜色、皱纹、棕色斑、斑点、纹理、毛孔评分及血清促黑素水平降低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:调QNd YAG激光可显著改善面部雀斑患者的皮肤损伤情况,且不会延长创面恢复进程,安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effects and adverse reactions of QNd YAG laser on patients with facial freckles.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with facial freckles admitted to Shenzhen Baoan District Shiyan People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group(n=50,photon rejuvenation therapy)and observation group(n=50,QNd YAG laser therapy).Wound recovery,skin lesion score,serum melanin stimulating hormone level,skin feature score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in erythema duration,pain duration and healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the skin area,skin color,wrinkles,brown spots,spots,texture,pore score and serum melanotropin level in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:QNd YAG laser can significantly improve the skin damage of patients with facial freckles,and does not prolong the wound recovery process,and has high safety.
