摘　　要：目的:探究无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰竭伴呼吸困难的效果。方法:选取2023年5月—2024年5月复旦大学附属中山医院青浦分院收治的102例急性左心衰竭伴呼吸困难患者作为研究对象,随机分为参照组(在常规对症治疗基础上给予鼻导管或面罩持续低流量供氧)和研究组(在常规对症治疗基础上开展无创呼吸机治疗),每组51例。对比两组治疗效果、血清指标、心功能及血气指标。结果:研究组总有效率高于参照组(P=0.001);治疗后,两组左室射血分数、氧合指数、动脉血氧分压均升高,血清心钠肽水平、成纤维细胞生长因子2水平、左室舒张末期内径及动脉血二氧化碳分压均下降,且研究组优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰竭伴呼吸困难的效果显著,能够有效改善血清指标、心功能及血气指标。Objective:To explore the effect of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of acute left heart failure with dyspnea.Methods:A total of 102 patients with acute left heart failure with dyspnea admitted to Qingpu Branch,Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a reference group(given continuous low-flow oxygen supply by nasal cannula or mask on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment)and a study group(non-invasive ventilator treatment on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment),with 51 cases in each group.The treatment effect,serum indexes,cardiac function and blood gas indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P=0.001).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,oxygenation index,and arterial oxygen partial pressure increased in both groups,while serum atrial natriuretic peptide level,fibroblast growth factor 2 level,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure decreased,and the study group was superior to the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilator has a significant effect in the treatment of acute left heart failure with dyspnea,and can effectively improve serum indicators,cardiac function,and blood gas indicators.
