摘  要:目的:探讨无创通气联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗重症肺炎的效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2024年9月在兴仁市人民医院治疗的重症肺炎患者95例,按照随机原则分成对照组(47例,采用有创机械通气与常规抗生素治疗)和研究组(48例,采用无创通气联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗)。比较两组住院时间、血气指标及心功能指标。结果:研究组ICU住院时间、总住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组pH值、动脉血氧分压、左心室射血分数及心输出量升高,动脉血二氧化碳分压降低,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用无创通气联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗重症肺炎,可缩短患者的住院时间,改善血气指标与心功能指标。Objective:To explore the effect of noninvasive ventilation combined with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods:Ninety-five patients with severe pneumonia treated in Xingren People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2024 were randomly divided into control group(47 patients treated with invasive mechanical ventilation and conventional antibiotics)and study group(48 patients treated with noninvasive ventilation combined with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium).The length of hospital stay,blood gas index and cardiac function index were compared between the two groups.Results:The length of ICU stay and total length of stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the pH value,arterial partial paessure of oxygen,left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output of the two groups were increased,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide was decreased,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilation combined with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium in the treatment of severe pneumonia can shorten the hospital stay of patients and improve blood gas indexes and cardiac function indexes.
