恒温鼻腔冲洗结合康复新液治疗对鼻窦炎术后患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨恒温鼻腔冲洗结合康复新液在鼻窦炎术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2024年1—8月大庆市人民医院收治的120例鼻窦炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(予以恒温鼻腔冲洗)和观察组(在对照组基础上加用康复新液治疗),各60例。对比两组生活质量、鼻腔通气功能、鼻黏膜形态、炎性因子水平。结果:术后5 d,两组鼻部症状、鼻窦炎相关症状、睡眠障碍、情感障碍评分降低,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);术后5 d,两组鼻腔容积、鼻腔最小横截面积升高,鼻腔最小横截面至前鼻孔距离及Lund-Kennedy评分降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);术后5 d,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:恒温鼻腔冲洗结合康复新液可改善鼻窦炎术后患者鼻腔通气功能、鼻黏膜形态,降低炎性因子水平,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the application effect of constant temperature nasal irrigation combined with Kangfuxin solution in postoperative patients with sinusitis.Methods:120 patients with sinusitis treated in Daqing People's Hospital from January to August 2024 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(to be irrigated with nasal cavity at constant temperature)and the observation group(to be treated with Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of the control group),60 cases each.The quality of life,nasal ventilation function,nasal mucosa morphology and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:On the 5th day after operation,the scores of nasal symptoms,sinusitis related symptoms,sleep disorders and emotional disorders were decreased in both groups,and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).On the 5th day after operation,the nasal volume and minimum cross-sectional area of the nasal cavity were increased,and the distance from the nasal minimum cross section to the anterior nostril and Lund-Kennedy score were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 were decreased 5 days after operation,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Constant temperature nasal irrigation combined with Kangfuxin solution can improve the nasal ventilation function,nasal mucosa morphology,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the quality of life in patients with postoperative sinusitis.
