摘　　要：目的:探究切开挂线疗法联合中药外洗方熏洗坐浴治疗高位肛瘘的效果。方法:选取武汉市第八医院2024年1—8月收治的80例高位肛瘘患者为研究对象,经随机抽签法分为对照组(采用切开挂线疗法治疗)及观察组(在对照组基础上联合中药外洗方熏洗坐浴治疗),各40例。比较两组临床疗效、创口愈合时间、疼痛程度、并发症发生情况及复发情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.013);观察组创口愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.001);干预后,两组疼痛评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.013);观察组复发率低于对照组(P=0.025)。结论:切开挂线疗法联合中药外洗方熏洗坐浴治疗高位肛瘘的效果显著,可有效促进伤口愈合,减轻疼痛,降低并发症发生风险,避免术后复发。Objective:To explore the effect of incision and hanging line therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine external washing prescription fumigation and bathing in the treatment of high anal fistula.Methods:A total of eighty patients with high anal fistula admitted to Wuhan Eighth Hospital from January to August 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(treated with incision and hanging line therapy)and observation group(combined with traditional Chinese medicine external washing prescription fumigation and bathing treatment)by random drawing method,with forty cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,wound healing time,pain degree,complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.013).The wound healing time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.001).After intervention,the pain scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P=0.013).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P=0.025).Conclusion:Incision and hanging line therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine external washing prescription fumigation and bathing have significant effects in the treatment of high anal fistula,which can effectively promote wound healing,reduce pain,reduce the risk of complications,and avoid postoperative recurrence.
