茵芍平肝颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷治疗对非酒精性脂肪肝患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究茵芍平肝颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷治疗对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者的影响。方法:选取2022年2月—2024年1月于梅州市中医医院进行治疗的NAFLD患者80例,以随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗及复方甘草酸苷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合茵芍平肝颗粒治疗。比较两组证候积分与脂肪肝指数及脂代谢水平、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组腹胀、纳差、右肋不适、乏力、寐差、口干口苦积分与脂肪肝指数、血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:茵芍平肝颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷治疗可有效减轻NAFLD患者临床症状,降低脂肪肝指数,改善脂代谢水平,且安全性较高。Objective:To study the effect of Yinshao Pinggan granules combined with compound glycyrrhizin on patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:A total of 80 patients with NAFLD who were treated in Meizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment and compound glycyrrhizin treatment,and the observation group was treated with Yinshao Pinggan granules on the basis of the control group.The syndrome scores,fatty liver index,lipid metabolism level,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,abdominal distension,poor appetite,right rib discomfort,fatigue,poor sleep,dry mouth and bitter mouth scores,fatty liver index,serum total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and triglyceride levels in both groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yinshao Pinggan granule combined with compound glycyrrhizin can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of NAFLD patients,reduce fatty liver index,improve lipid metabolism level,and has high safety.
