接骨续筋汤联合桃红四物汤治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析接骨续筋汤联合桃红四物汤治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2024年3月柞水县中医医院骨伤科收治的胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者80例,随机分为对照组(n=40,行传统疗法加桃红四物汤治疗)与观察组(n=40,在对照组基础上联合接骨续筋汤治疗)。比较两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、日本骨科协会疼痛评分量表(JOA)、Oswestry功能障碍指数量表(ODI)及骨骼愈合情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.028);治疗30 d时,两组中医证候积分、ODI评分降低,JOA评分升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗30 d时,两组椎体矢状面Cobb角、椎体楔变角降低,椎体前缘高度升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:接骨续筋汤联合桃红四物汤治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果良好,可改善中医证候积分,减轻疼痛程度,加强肢体功能,骨骼愈合情况良好。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Jieguxujin decoction combined with Taohongsiwu decoction in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fractures.Methods:A total of 80 patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of Shangluo Zhashui County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to March 2024 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=40,treated with traditional therapy plus Taohongsiwu decoction)and an observation group(n=40,treated with Jieguxujin Decoction on the basis of the control group).The treatment effect,traditional Chinese medcine syndrome score,Japanese Orthopedic Association Pain Rating Scale(JOA),Oswestry Disability Index Scale(ODI)and bone healing were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.028).At 30 days of treatment,the traditional Chinese medcine syndrome scores and ODI scores of the two groups decreased,and the JOA scores increased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).At 30 days of treatment,the sagittal Cobb angle and vertebral wedge angle of the two groups decreased,and the height of the vertebral anterior edge increased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jieguxujin decoction combined with Taohongsiwu decoction has a good effect on the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fractures,which can improve the TCM syndrome scores,reduce the degree of pain,strengthen limb function,and achieve good bone healing.
