中医辨证治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析中医辨证治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年8月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九七〇医院收治的66例糖尿病伴皮肤瘙痒症患者为研究对象,应用随机抽签法分为对照组(常规治疗)和观察组(在对照组基础上联合中医辨证治疗),各33例。对比两组瘙痒症状持续时间、中医症状积分、瘙痒症状积分、治疗效果。结果:观察组瘙痒症状持续时间短于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组肌肤甲错、皮损色黯、精神倦怠、少气懒言、唇色紫暗积分及Duo氏瘙痒评分下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.039)。结论:中医辨证治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的效果显著,能够有效减轻瘙痒症状,缩短症状持续时间。Objective:To analyze the effect of(traditional Chinese medicine)TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of diabetic pruritus.Methods:A total of 66 patients with diabetic pruritus admitted to the 970th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from February 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(conventional treatment)and an observation group(combined with TCM syndrome differentiation treatment on the basis of the control group),with 33 cases in each group.The duration of pruritus symptoms,TCM symptom scores,pruritus symptom scores,and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of pruritus symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the skin and nail discoloration,dark skin color,mental fatigue,lack of breath and laziness,purple and dark lips and Duo's pruritus scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.039).Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment is effective in treating diabetic pruritus,which can effectively improve the pruritus symptoms of patients and shorten the duration of symptoms.
