围刺结合阴阳循经手法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析围刺结合阴阳循经手法治疗肱骨外上髁炎(LE)的临床效果。方法:选择2023年1—12月广州市正骨医院收治的80例LE患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(40例,行围刺治疗)和观察组(40例,在对照组基础上加用阴阳循经手法治疗)。对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后数字疼痛评分法(NRS)、肘关节功能评分变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.023);治疗4周后,两组NRS评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组伸屈范围、肌力评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:围刺结合阴阳循经手法治疗可进一步提高LE患者的临床疗效,降低疼痛程度,提高肘关节功能。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of circumacupuncture combined with Yin and Yang meridian technique in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis(LE).Methods:80 cases of LE patients admitted to Guangzhou Osteopathic Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into control group(40 cases,circumacupuncture treatment)and observation group(40 cases,combined with Yin and Yang meridian technique treatment on the basis of the control group).The clinical efficacy,Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)and elbow joint function score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.023).After 4 weeks of treatment,the NRS score of both groups was decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The extension range and muscle strength scores of both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Yin and Yang meridian technique can further improve the clinical efficacy of LE patients,reduce the degree of pain,and improve elbow joint function.
