中医骨伤手法联合桂枝新加汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医骨伤手法联合桂枝新加汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年12月于遵义市绥阳县人民医院中医康复科进行治疗的神经根型颈椎病患者90例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成研究组(中医骨伤手法联合桂枝新加汤治疗)与对照组(桂枝新加汤治疗),各45例。对比两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、疼痛程度、颈椎功能、生活质量及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.011);治疗后,两组中医证候积分、视觉模拟评分法评分、颈椎功能障碍指数均降低,健康调查简表评分升高,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组嗜睡、消化道症状发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:中医骨伤手法联合桂枝新加汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果优良,可以改善患者的临床症状、疼痛程度、颈椎功能,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation combined with Guizhi Xinjia decoction on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.Methods:A total of ninety patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type who were treated in Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation of Zunyi Suiyang County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Randomly number table method was used to divide the study group(traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation combined with Guizhi Xinjia decoction treatment)and the control group(Guizhi Xinjia decoction treatment),forty-five cases each.The treatment effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,pain degree,cervical spine function,quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.011).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,Visual Analogue Score and Cervical Spine Dysfunction Index were decreased in both groups,while Health Survey Short Form table score was increased,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of lethargy and gastrointestinal symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation combined with Guizhi Xinjia decoction has good effect in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,which can improve the clinical symptoms,pain degree,cervical spine function,and improve the quality of life.
