摘　　要：目的:探究中药热奄包结合穴位按摩法对功能性便秘患者的影响。方法:选取2023年7—12月江门市新会区中医院急诊科收治的80例功能性便秘需要灌肠治疗患者,采用随机信封法分为对照组(n=40,常规方法治疗)和试验组(n=40,在对照组基础上采用中药热奄包结合穴位按摩治疗)。比较两组临床指征、便秘症状积分和胃肠道激素水平。结果:试验组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.001);干预后,两组排便间隔、大便性状、排便时间、排便不适感、便秘兼证积分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组促胃动素水平升高,生长抑素水平降低,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药热奄包结合穴位按摩法治疗功能性便秘的效果较好,能有效缓解患者的临床症状,改善其胃肠道功能。Objective:To explore the effect of Chinese medicine hot-Yan bag combined with acupoint massage on patients with functional constipation.Methods:A total of 80 patients with functional constipation requiring enema treatment admitted to the Emergency Department,Jiangmen Xinhui District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into a control group(n=40,conventional treatment)and an experimental group(n=40,treated with Chinese medicine hot-Yan bag combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group)by random envelope method.The clinical signs,constipation symptom scores and gastrointestinal hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of bowel sound recovery and the time of first defecation in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).After the intervention,the defecation interval,stool characteristics,defecation time,defecation discomfort,and constipation syndrome scores of the two groups were reduced,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the levels of motilin in the two groups increased,and the levels of somatostatin decreased,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine hot-yan bag combined with acupoint massage has a good effect on the treatment of functional constipation,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their gastrointestinal function.
