1例急性脊髓炎患者采用基于多学科协作的个性化康复护理的报告

摘　　要：该文对中山火炬开发区人民医院2023年1月1日收治的1例急性脊髓炎患者实施基于多学科协作(MDT)个性化康复护理,持续干预至出院,延续性护理7个月。干预期间分别于患者转入前3 d、转入第2周、转入第6周进行3次高级健康评估,评估内容包括疾病发展状况、健康状况、生理功能、自理能力以及风险并发症,持续追踪患者院外康复情况。患者经过MDT个性化康复护理后,双下肢肌力由2级恢复至4+级,可独立行走,临床症状好转,导尿管拔除,可自行排尿,出院后7个月排尿功能完全恢复。In this paper,a patient with acute myelitis admitted to Zhongshan Torch Development Zone People's Hospital on January 1,2023 was treated with individualized rehabilitation nursing based on multidisciplinary collaboration(MDT),continuous intervention until discharge,and continuous nursing for 7 months.During the intervention period,three advanced health assessments were performed 3 days before transfer,2 weeks and 6 weeks,respectively.The assessment included disease development status,health status,physiological function,self-care ability and risk complications,and continued follow-up of patients'out-of-hospital recovery.After MDT individualized rehabilitation nursing,the muscle strength of both lower limbs recovered from grade 2 to grade 4+,the patient could walk independently,the clinical symptoms improved,the catheter was removed,and the urination function was fully restored 7 months after discharge.
