围产期保健门诊个体化营养指导在妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨围产期保健门诊个体化营养指导在妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取铜仁市德江县妇幼保健院2021年1月—2023年12月收治的妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者130例,随机分为对照组(在常规药物治疗基础上采用常规营养干预)和研究组(在常规药物治疗基础上采用个体化营养指导),每组65例。对比两组贫血相关指标、免疫功能指标、妊娠结局和新生儿结局。结果:干预后,两组红细胞计数、血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组早产、低体质量儿发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者中应用围产期保健门诊个体化营养指导能够有效改善患者的贫血相关指标水平和免疫功能,降低早产、低体质量儿发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized nutritional guidance in perinatal care clinics for patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.Methods:A total of 130 patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy admitted to Tongren Dejiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(conventional nutritional intervention on the basis of conventional drug treatment)and a study group(individualized nutritional guidance on the basis of conventional drug treatment),with 65 cases in each group.Anemia-related indicators,immune function indicators,pregnancy outcomes and neonatal outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the red blood cell count,hemoglobin and serum ferritin in the two groups increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of premature birth and low-weight infants in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of individualized nutritional guidance in perinatal care clinics for patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy can effectively improve the levels of anemia-related indicators and immune function of patients,and reduce the incidence of premature birth and low-birth-weight infants.
