冠心病患者心功能状况与血清心肌肌钙蛋白I、超敏C反应蛋白水平的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨冠心病患者心功能状况与血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的相关性。方法:选取2024年1—6月西安市鄠邑区人民医院收治的200例冠心病患者为冠心病组,以心功能分级将冠心病组患者分为轻度组(n=100)、中度组(n=55)、重度组(n=45);另选取200例西安市鄠邑区人民医院同期体检健康者作为健康组。比较健康组、轻度组、中度组及重度组cTnI、hs-CRP水平,并使用Spearman相关性分析血清cTnI、hs-CRP水平与心功能的关系。结果:重度组、中度组、轻度组血清cTnI、hs-CRP水平高于健康组,重度组、中度组血清cTnI、hs-CRP水平高于轻度组,重度组血清cTnI、hs-CRP水平高于中度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman分析结果显示,冠心病患者心功能状况与血清cTnI、hs-CRP水平呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论:冠心病患者的血清cTnI、hs-CRP水平呈现高表达水平,且与心功能严重程度具有相关性。Objective:To investigate the correlation between cardiac function and serum levels of cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Two hundred patients with CHD treated in Xi'an Huyi District People's Hospital from January to June 2024 were selected as CHD group,and the CHD group was divided into mild group(n=100),moderate group(n=55)and severe group(n=45)according to cardiac function grade.Another two hundred healthy subjects from Xi'an Huyi District People's Hospital were selected as the health group.The levels of cTnI and hs-CRP in health group,mild group,moderate group and severe group were compared,and the relationship between serum cTnI and hs-CRP levels and cardiac function was analyzed by Spearman correlation.Results:The levels of serum cTnI and hs-CRP in severe group,moderate group and mild group were higher than those in health group,the levels of serum cTnI and hs-CRP in severe group and moderate group were higher than those in mild group,and the levels of serum cTnI and hs-CRP in severe group were higher than those in moderate group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman analysis showed that the cardiac function of CHD patients was positively correlated with the levels of serum cTnI and hs-CRP(P<0.001).Conclusion:Serum cTnI and hs-CRP levels in patients with coronary heart disease were highly expressed and correlated with the severity of cardiac function.
