宝安区石岩街道儿童家长为子女接种第二类疫苗的意愿及影响因素调查

摘　　要：目的:分析宝安区石岩街道儿童家长对于子女接种第二类疫苗的意愿及相关影响因素。方法:自2022年3月—2023年2月于宝安区石岩街道社区健康服务中心预防接种门诊随机纳取200名儿童家长作为调查对象,通过自研问卷对儿童家长为子女接种第二类疫苗的意愿开展调查,根据调查结果将儿童家长分为有意愿组与无意愿组,分析儿童家长对子女接种第二类疫苗意愿的影响因素。结果:200名儿童家长中有意愿为子女接种第二类疫苗的有162名,无意愿的有38名。单因素分析结果显示,两组儿童家长在文化程度、家庭人均月收入、等待接种时间、家到接种点是否方便方面存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。Logistic多因素分析结果显示,儿童父母文化程度、家庭人均月收入、等待接种时间、家到接种点是否方便是儿童家长为子女接种第二类疫苗意愿的影响因素(P<0.001)。结论:宝安区石岩街道儿童家长对子女接种第二类疫苗的意愿较高,而儿童家长文化程度、家庭收入情况、等待接种时间及家到接种点是否方便对接种意愿有明显影响。Objective:To analyze the willingness of parents of children in Shiyan Street of Bao'an District to vaccinate their children against the second type of vaccine and the related influencing factors.Methods:From March 2022 to February 2023,200 parents of children were randomly selected from the vaccination clinic of Bao'an District Shiyan Street Community Health Service Center.A self-developed questionnaire was used to investigate parents'willingness to vaccinate their children against the second type of vaccine.According to the survey results,parents of children were divided into willing group and unwilling group,and the influencing factors of parents'willingness to vaccinate their children against the second type of vaccine were analyzed.Results:Among the 200 parents,162 were willing to vaccinate their children with the second type of vaccine,while 38 were not.The results of single factor analysis showed that there were statistical differences in education level,per capita monthly income,waiting time for vaccination,and convenience of home to vaccination site between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis showed that parents'educational level,monthly income per capita,waiting time for vaccination,and convenience of home to vaccination site were the factors influencing parents'willingness to vaccinate their children against the second type of vaccine(P<0.001).Conclusion:The parents of children in Shiyan Street of Bao'an District have a higher willingness to vaccinate their children against the second type of vaccine,and the parents'education level,family income,waiting time for vaccination and the convenience of getting to the vaccination site have significant effects on the willingness to vaccinate.
