摘　　要：目的:研究智能化管理系统在门诊麻醉和精神药品(简称麻精药品)储存与调配中的应用效果。方法:将黔西南州中医院门诊2022年1—12月应用智能化管理系统前的工作情况设为参照组,将2023年1月—2024年1月应用智能化管理系统后的工作情况设为观察组。对比分析门诊麻精药品应用智能化管理系统前后的优化指标、安全风险及管理满意度。结果:观察组每天交接班用时、处方调配用时、基数补药汇总用时短于参照组(P=0.001);观察组安全风险发生率低于参照组(P=0.001);观察组管理满意度高于参照组(P=0.001)。结论:在门诊麻精药品储存与调配工作中,合理应用智能化管理系统,能够提高药品管理质量,减少安全风险,提高管理满意度。Objective:To study the application effect of intelligent management system in outpatient anesthesia and psychotropic drug(narcotic drugs)storage and distribution.Methods:The work conditions of department of outpatient of Southwest Guizhou Autonomous Prefecture Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine before the application of the intelligent management system from January to December 2022 were set as the reference group,and the work conditions after the application of the intelligent management system from January 2023 to January 2024 were set as the observation group.The optimization index,safety risk and management satisfaction before and after the application of intelligent management system were compared and analyzed.Results:The time spent on shift change,prescription dispensing and radix supplement summarization in observation group were shorter than those in reference group(P=0.001).The incidence of safety risk in observation group was lower than that in reference group(P=0.001).Management satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in reference group(P=0.001).Conclusion:Rational application of intelligent management system can improve the quality of drug management,reduce safety risks and improve management satisfaction in outpatient anesthesia and psychotropic drug storage and distribution.
