护理质量控制责任制对消毒供应中心硬式腔镜消毒及灭菌质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析护理质量控制责任制对消毒供应中心硬式腔镜消毒及灭菌质量的影响。方法:选取2023年1—6月咸阳市第一人民医院消毒供应中心消毒灭菌的212件次硬式腔镜为对照组,行常规管理;选取2023年7—12月该部门消毒灭菌的226件次硬式腔镜为观察组,行护理质量控制责任制管理。比较两组硬式腔镜器械清洗消毒合格率、准备合格率、灭菌物品包装总不合格率、器械损耗情况、使用者满意率。结果:观察组硬式腔镜器械血液、细菌、蛋白清洗消毒合格率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组硬式腔镜器械包装、登记、发放准备合格率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组硬式腔镜器械灭菌物品包装总不合格率低于对照组(P=0.013);观察组硬式腔镜器械更换率、维修率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组硬式腔镜器械使用者对清洁灭菌质量、损耗情况、使用功能的满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心使用护理质量控制责任制管理硬式腔镜器械,可提高其消毒、灭菌、准备质量,降低包装不良事件发生风险,提高使用者满意度。Objective:To analyze the influence of nursing quality control responsibility system on the quality of hard endoscope disinfection and sterilization in disinfection supply center.Methods:A total of two hundred and twelve hard endoscope disinfection and sterilization in the Department of Disinfection Supply Room of Xianyang First People's Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected as the control group,and routine management was performed.Two hundred and twenty-six pieces of hard endoscope disinfection and sterilization in this department from July to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,and the nursing quality control responsibility system was administered.The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection,the qualified rate of preparation,the total unqualified rate of sterilized articles packaging,the equipment wear and the user satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The qualified rate of blood,bacteria and protein cleaning and disinfection in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of packaging,registration and delivery preparation of hard endoscopic instruments in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total unqualified rate of sterilized items in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.013).The replacement rate and maintenance rate of hard endoscopic instruments in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of users of hard endoscopic instruments in the observation group with the quality of cleaning and sterilization,wear and tear,and functional use was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of nursing quality control responsibility system in the disinfection supply center can improve the quality of disinfection,sterilization and preparation,reduce the risk of adverse packaging events and improve user satisfaction.
