摘　　要：目的:探讨智能麻醉药品柜在麻醉药品管理中的应用效果。方法:选取兴义市人民医院麻醉科将智能麻醉药品管理柜引进前(2021年1—12月)的传统麻醉药品管理柜的麻醉药品管理情况设为对照组,引进3台智能麻醉药品柜后(2022年1—12月)的麻醉药品管理情况设为研究组。比较两组麻醉药品管理效率、麻醉药品损耗率及医护人员满意度。结果:研究组麻醉药品发放时间、药品盘点时间及药品申领时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组麻醉药品损耗率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组医护人员满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:应用智能麻醉药品柜能提高麻醉药品管理效率,降低麻醉药品损耗率,提高医护人员满意度,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the application effect of intelligent anesthetic cabinets in anesthetic drug management.Methods:The anesthetic drug management of the traditional anesthetic cabinets in the Department of Anesthesiology of Xingyi People's Hospital before the introduction of the intelligent anesthetic cabinet(January to December 2021)was selected as the control group.The anesthetic drug management after the introduction of three intelligent anesthetic cabinets(January to December 2022)was set as the study group.The anesthetic drug management efficiency,anesthetic drug loss rate and medical staff satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The anesthetic drug issuance time,drug inventory time and drug application time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The anesthetic drug loss rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction score of medical staff in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of intelligent anesthetic cabinets can improve the management efficiency of anesthetic drugs,reduce the loss rate of anesthetic drugs,and improve the satisfaction of medical staff,which has important clinical application value.
