摘 要:启动空气加湿设备等空气调节设备可以保证室内空气品质或温湿度在人员进入厂房时达到预期水平,改善空气质量、提高舒适程度。首先,建立厂房湿度变化的动态机理模型,经验证一阶系统可以较好地描述这一动态过程;其次,采用带有额外输入的自回归模型进行系统辨识,并通过降阶得到一阶模型;再次,利用反拉普拉斯变换将模型系统的传递函数还原为微分方程,求出微分方程的解析解,根据预期湿度和目标时刻确定预启动时间;最后,针对超出适用范围的情况,可重新进行模型参数辨识。结果表明,该方法可以准确、方便地确定空气加湿设备自适应预启动时间,且具有较广泛的适用范围,是一种高效的方法。该方法的应用不限于空气加湿设备,可为园区柔性电力负荷的管理提供参考。Starting air-conditioning apparatus such as humidifiers in advance can ensure that indoor air quality or temperature and humidity reach the expected level when people enter the room,improve air quality and comfort.First,the dynamic mechanism model of room humidity change is established,and the first-order system is verified to be able to better describe this dynamic process;secondly,the auto regression with extra input(ARX)model is used for system identification,and the first-order model is obtained by order reduction;thirdly,the transfer function of the model system is reduced to a differential equation by using the inverse Laplace transform,and the analytical solution of the differential equation is obtained.The early start time is determined according to the expected humidity and target time;Finally,for the problems beyond the scope of application,the model parameters can be re identified.The results show that this method can accurately and conveniently determine the early start time of humidifier,and has a wide range of applications.It is an efficient method.The application of this method is not limited to humidifiers,and it can provide reference for the management of flexible power loads in industrial estate.
