摘  要:针对DG接入对配电网传统三段式电流保护的影响,提出了适用于旋转型DG和逆变型DG的并网策略。首先,在电流保护约束下分别对两种DG选址定容、准入容量进行研究,在旋转型DG并网处引入故障限流器、提高准入容量;其次,在传统三段式电流保护基础上引入电压信息,提出新型三段式电流电压联锁保护;最后,对不满足准入容量的DG,分区域采用新型三段式电流电压联锁保护。以特定10 kV配电网为例,基于PSCAD仿真模型验证了所提策略的有效性。Grid-connected of distributed generation(DG)makes negative impact to traditional current protection of three stage in distribution network.To reduce these effect,a grid-connection strategy for different types of distributed generation is proposed.Firstly,the locating and sizing of DG in distribution network was analyzed under the constraint of protection relay action,a new scheme using fault current limiter in the point of common coupling(PCC)is put forward.Secondly,a new current voltage interlocking protection with three stage is proposed based on the traditional current protection.Finally,a new protection is applied to the area that the relay doesn't meet protection requirement when the capacity of DG exceeds penetration capacity is elaborate,and the effectiveness of the strategy was verified in a 10 kV distribution network through PSCAD.
