摘 要:高压配电网是衔接低压配电网及主干网架的中间环节,结合高压配电网新能源接入及网架运行特点,将主干网架的断面裕度约束加入高压配电网承载力指标中,形成改进的高压配电网承载力指标。基于TOPSIS法提出高压配电网接入点综合承载力评估值及待改善环节评估值。通过对这2个评估值进行排序,可实现对电源侧接入可实施性及电网侧接入条件改善方向的判断,有利于提出明确的改进措施。The high-voltage distribution network is an intermediate link connecting the low-voltage distribution network and the backbone grid.Combined with the characteristics of new energy access and grid operation of the high-voltage distribution network,this paper presents the cross-sectional margin constraints of the backbone grid are added to the carrying capacity index of the high-voltage distribution network,and an improved carrying capacity index of the high-voltage distribution network is formed.Based on the TOPSIS method,the evaluation value of the comprehensive carrying capacity of the access point of the high-voltage distribution network and the evaluation value of the link to be improved are proposed.By sorting the two evaluation values,the feasibility of power supply side access and the improvement direction of grid side access conditions can be judged,which is conducive to proposing clear improvement measures.
