摘 要:针对传统变电站存在的设备运维难、管控能力弱、应用功能少和监控效率低等问题,开展面向能源互联网的新一代智慧型变电站的研究,并形成变电站智能化建设设计方案。结合物联网通信技术,以泛在物联感知为基础,构建业务深度融合、数据贯通共享的智慧型变电站管控系统。具体将变电站运行管控系统从架构上分为前端系统、传输网络和调控中心,为实现变电站多维立体巡检、态势分析研判和与能源互联网深度结合的新型电力系统示范工程提供技术支撑。Traditional substations have problems such as difficult operation and maintenance for equipment,weak supervision capability,few application functions and low monitoring efficiency.In order to solve these problems,this paper studies a new generation of smart substations for the energy Internet,and forms a design scheme for the smart substations.Specifically,the substation operation management system is divided into a front-end system,a transmission network and a control center.Combined with Internet of Things(IoT)communication technology,this system is based on ubiquitous IoT perception to realize smart substation management and control with deep business integration and data sharing.It provides technical support for the realization of multi-dimensional inspections of substations,situation analysis and prediction,and new power system demonstration project that are deeply integrated with the energy internet.
