摘　　要：结合某10 kV专变用户电压互感器二次绕组极性反接故障,根据现场检验数据,对采集系统数据、现场测试数据、相量特性、电量追补等方面进行详细分析,从管理、技术两方面提出了可靠防范措施,从而保证计量准确、可靠。This article combines the polarity reversal fault of the secondary winding of a 10 kV special transformer user's voltage transformer.Based on on-site inspection data,a detailed analysis is conducted on several aspects such as system data collection,on-site testing data,phasor characteristics,and electricity recovery.Reliable preventive measures are proposed from both management and technical aspects to ensure accurate and reliable measurement.
