摘 要:低压电缆分支箱在实际应用过程中会出现凝露问题缩短其使用寿命,甚至造成设备故障影响电网安全运行。为解决凝露问题,从分支箱的结构、运行环境和安装这三个角度进行了调研分析。根据不同情况兼顾经济成本及有效性,提出“堵”“疏”联合方案差异化治理凝露问题。该方案有效解决了各类低压电缆分支箱的凝露问题,现场应用取得良好成效,具有重要推广意义。During practical application,low-voltage cable branch boxes encounter with condensation problem,which may cause equipment failures and affect the safety of power grid.To solve the condensation problem,this article conducts research and analysis from three perspectives:the structure,operating environment,and installation.A differentiated treatment of condensation problems through a combination of"blocking"and"dredging"schemes is proposed for different situations,considering economic costs and effectiveness.The proposed solution solves various faults caused by condensation in low-voltage cable branch boxes,and has achieved impressive results in application,which has important promotion significance.
