摘  要:针对某500 kV新建变电站投运过程中发生的一起充电于永久性故障并叠加二次回路缺陷的复杂案例,利用故障特征提取、故障现象解析等方法对事故原因展开分析,为电力系统多重故障叠加的复杂事故分析提供思路,最后根据事故原因提出变电站二次回路验收及运维的合理化建议。Aiming at a complex case of charging into permanent fault and superimposed secondary circuit defect during the commissioning process of a newly-built 500 kV substation,this paper analyzes the causes of the accident by using methods such as fault feature extraction and fault phenomenon analysis.It provides ideas for the analysis of complex accidents with multiple faults in power systems.Finally,based on the causes of the accident,reasonable suggestions are put forward for the acceptance and operation maintenance of the secondary circuit of the substation.
