摘 要:基于RCM理论,针对汽动给水泵及小汽轮机建立完善的检修策略模型。通过分析各部件的结构、功能,建立汽动给水泵组设备树;通过研究各部件故障模式及影响,确定故障模式重要度、部件劣化度等评价指标的赋值规则;融合3种故障发生概率的测算方法对设备的风险进行科学评估,最终确定合理的检修策略。基于此策略搭建并部署的RCM智慧管理平台,验证了该检修策略模型的准确性与可行性。Based on the RCM theory,this paper establishes a comprehensive maintenance strategy model for steam feed pumps and small steam turbines.By analyzing the structure and function of each component,a steam feed pump equipment tree is established.By studying the failure modes and impacts of each component,the assignment rules of evaluation indicators such as failure mode importance and component degradation degree are determined.Three methods for calculating the probability of failure are integrated to scientifically assess the risk of the equipment and ultimately determine a reasonable maintenance strategy.The RCM intelligent management platform built and deployed based on this strategy verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the maintenance strategy model.
