摘　　要：全过程人民民主是以人民为本位的民主形态,是对社会主义民主政治理念的创新性发展。民主可及性是评估民主效能的核心维度与关键性量化指标。我国民主可及性从“萌芽”至“适配”的演变历程,映射出我国民主政治制度的逐步完善与发展。新时代全过程人民民主在多元参与、参与便捷、信息透明、广泛代表及高效反馈等方面得到了充分彰显,为我国社会主义民主政治的持续发展注入了强大动力。The whole process of people’s democracy is a form of democracy based on the people,and it is an innovative development of the socialist democratic political concept.Democratic accessibility is the core dimension and key quantitative index to evaluate the effectiveness of democracy.The evolution of democracy accessibility in China from“germination”to“adaptation”reflects the gradual improvement and development of our democratic political system.In the new era,the whole-process people’s democracy has been fully demonstrated in the aspects of diverse participation,convenient participation,information transparency,extensive representation and efficient feedback,which has injected strong impetus into the sustainable development of China’s socialist democracy.
