符号学视角下的典籍书名三元翻译法研究

摘　　要：典籍书名三元翻译法通过音译、意译、零翻译三元结合的方式把对象、再现体和解释项这三种符号在译入语语境中实体化,从而达到汉语典籍书名在译入语语境中的完整符号再现。三元翻译法实现了译入语读者对典籍书名再现符号的三元认知,帮助读者了解其对象(零翻译对应物)、解释项(意译对应物)以及再现体(音译对应物),从而完成汉语典籍书名在译入语读者心灵中的符号化。典籍书名的三元翻译不仅能够实现其作为专有名词与所指对象的实在关联,也方便汉学研究的学术溯源,有助于推动汉语典籍的对外交流与传播。Triadic Translation refers to a combination of transliteration,liberal translation and zero translation,with which the title of Chinese classics is represented in the target language as a sign with the embodiment of its triadic relation defined by Pierce:its object,its representamen and its interpretant.This method can help target language readers to understand the representation of the title of Chinese classics:its object(represented by zero translation),its interpretant(represented by liberal translation)and its representamen(represented by transliteration).Triadic translation is necessary for the representation of the title of Chinese classics in the target language,which can enhance the communication of Chinese classics,academic tracing for Sinological studies as well as its singularity as proper name.
