习水县高血压患病情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解习水县30岁及以上高血压患者的患病情况,为本地区高血压的综合防治提供依据。方法收集2021年1月至8月在习水县慢性病系统登记的高血压患者,对满足纳入及排除标准的患者进行问卷调查。记录患者性别、年龄、学历、婚姻状况、家庭月收入、高血压家族史、吸烟饮酒史及患病情况。结果1160例患者中,男性561例,女性599例;50岁及以上占比68.02%,49岁及以下占比31.98%;高中及以下占比79.40%,大专及以上占比20.60%;家庭月收入为5000元及以下占比69.31%,5001元及以上占比30.69%;有高血压家族史占比68.62%;有吸烟饮酒史占比58.36%。患者对高血压的了解程度中,非常了解占比11.03%,比较了解占比26.21%,一般了解占比26.03%,不是很了解占比22.67%,很不了解占比14.05%;规律测量血压占比20.43%,不规律测量血压占比79.57%;血压控制不好占比47.59%。不良反应总发生率为30.26%,不良反应主要有头痛、潮红、水肿、咳嗽,其中以咳嗽占比最高,发生率为78.63%;并发症总发生率为67.24%,并发症主要有冠心病、糖尿病、肾功能不全、眼底疾病,其中以肾功能不全占比最高,发生率为41.41%。结论习水县高血压患者以中老年人群为主,并呈年轻化趋势,学历、收入较低,大部分有高血压家族史、吸烟饮酒史,对高血压的了解程度较低,血压控制情况较差,存在较高的药物不良反应及并发症发生风险,高血压管理水平亟待提高。Objective To understand the prevalence of hypertension in patients over 30 years old and above in Xishui county,and to provide a basis for the comprehensive prevention and treatment of hypertension in the region.Methods Patients with hypertension registered in the chronic disease system of Xishui county from January to August 2021 were collected,and patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were surveyed by questionnaire.The gender,age,education,marital status,family monthly income,family history of hypertension,smoking and drinking history and prevalence of patients were recorded.Results Among the 1160 patients,561 were males and 599 were females;the 50 years old and above accounted for 68.02%,and the 49 years old and below accounted for 31.98%;the high school and below accounted for 79.40%,college and above accounted for 20.60%;the family monthly income of 5000 yuan and below accounted for 69.31%,and 5001 yuan and above accounted for 30.69%;family history of hypertension accounted for 68.62%;smoking and drinking history accounted for 58.36%.The patients'degree of understanding of hypertension,very understanding accounted for 11.03%,comparative understanding accounted for 26.21%,general understanding accounted for 26.03%,not very understanding accounted for 22.67%,not understanding accounted for 14.05%;regular blood pressure measurement accounted for 20.43%,irregular measurement accounted for 79.57%;poor blood pressure control accounted for 47.59%.The total incidence of adverse reactions was 30.26%;the adverse reactions mainly included headache,flushing,edema and cough,among which cough accounted for the highest proportion,with an incidence of 78.63%.The total incidence of complications was 67.24%,complications mainly included coronary heart disease,diabetes,renal insufficiency and fundus diseases,among them,renal insufficiency accounted for the highest proportion,with an incidence of 41.41%.Conclusion Hypertensive patients in Xishui county are mainly middle-aged and elderly,and there is a tendency t
