孕激素联合宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究孕激素联合宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉患者的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月我院收治的100例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采用宫腔镜手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合孕激素治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的86.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的月经量、子宫内膜厚度显著低于对照组,血红蛋白水平显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的雌二醇(E_(2))水平低于对照组,孕酮(P)、促黄体生成素(LH)及促卵泡生成素(FSH)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的复发率为6.12%,低于对照组的25.58%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的16.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕激素联合宫腔镜手术治疗对子宫内膜息肉患者效果显著,可改善临床症状,调节孕激素受体表达,改善性激素水平,减少术后复发,安全性高。Objective To study the clinical effect of progesterone combined with hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 100 patients with endometrial polyps admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated with progesterone on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume and endometrial thickness in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the hemoglobin level was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of estradiol(E_(2))in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.12%,which was lower than 25.58%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 16.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Progesterone combined with hysteroscopic surgery has a significant effect on patients with endometrial polyps,which can improve clinical symptoms,regulate progesterone receptor expression,improve sex hormone levels,reduce postoperative recurrence,and has high safety.
