摘　　要：目的 探讨胎儿系统超声检查对胎儿畸形及畸形类别检出情况的影响。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年12月本院100名孕妇的临床资料,所有孕妇均同时接受常规超声检查和胎儿系统超声检查,以胎儿出生、引产或尸检报告为金标准,统计两种检查方式对胎儿畸形检出率、畸形类别检出情况,并评价其诊断效能。结果 胎儿系统超声检查的胎儿畸形检出率高于常规超声检查(P<0.05);胎儿系统超声检查未准确检出的2例胎儿畸形类别分别为腹裂、骨骼畸形,常规超声检查除检出神经管畸形1例,其余畸形均未检出。胎儿系统超声检查对胎儿畸形的诊断灵敏度、特异度和准确度均明显高于常规超声检查(P<0.05)。结论胎儿系统超声检查能够提高胎儿畸形检出率,对于各类别胎儿畸形的检出效果较好,诊断效能较高,有助于减少先天性缺陷胎儿出生,提高人口出生质量。Objective To investigate the effects of fetal system ultrasonography on the detection of fetal malformations and malformation categories.Methods The clinical data of 100 pregnant women in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All pregnant women received conventional ultrasonography examination and fetal system ultrasonography examination at the same time.The fetal birth,induction of labor or autopsy report was used as the gold standard,the detection rate of fetal malformation and the detection of malformation types by the two methods were statistically analyzed,and their diagnostic efficacy was evaluated.Results The detection rate of fetal malformation by fetal system ultrasonography was higher than that by conventional ultrasonography(P<0.05);two cases of fetal malformations that were not accurately detected by fetal system ultrasonography were cleft abdomen and skeletal malformations,except for 1 case of neural tube malformation,the other malformations were not detected by conventional ultrasonography.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of fetal system ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal malformations were significantly higher than those of conventional ultrasonography(P<0.05).Conclusion Fetal system ultrasonography can improve the detection rate of fetal malformations.It has a good detection effect on various types of fetal malformations and high diagnostic efficiency.It is helpful to reduce the birth of congenitally defective fetuses and improve the quality of birth.
