摘　　要：目的 探究短刺联合热敏灸法治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法 选取2023年6月至2024年9月就诊于安徽中医药大学第一附属医院针灸康复二科的60例KOA患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组运用短刺联合普通艾灸法治疗,治疗组运用短刺联合热敏灸法治疗。比较两组的疼痛程度、膝关节症状、膝关节平均温度及治疗效果。结果 治疗后,两组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的膝关节平均温度均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 短刺联合热敏灸法可减轻KOA患者关节疼痛,改善关节症状,疗效较好,值得在临床中应用及推广。Objective To explore the effect of short acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods From June 2023 to September 2024,60 patients with KOA were selected from the No.2 acupuncture and rehabilitation department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with short acupuncture combined with ordinary moxibustion,and the treatment group was treated with short acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion.The pain degree,knee joint symptoms,average temperature of knee joint and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of Visual Analogue Score(VAS)and the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average temperature of knee joint in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that in the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Short acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion can reduce joint pain and improve joint symptoms in KOA patients,has good curative effect,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
