黄芩清热除痹胶囊联合醋酸泼尼松片对类风湿关节炎患者血清相关因子的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨黄芩清热除痹胶囊联合醋酸泼尼松片对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清相关因子的影响。方法选取2021年11月至2022年12月信阳市中心医院中医科收治的70例RA患者为研究对象,按电脑随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予醋酸泼尼松片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合黄芩清热除痹胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,两组的类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平和血沉(ESR)均低于治疗前,且观察组的RF、CRP水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的正五聚蛋白3(PTX3)、血管生成素样蛋白2(ANGPTL2)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平低于对照组,转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 黄芩清热除痹胶囊联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗RA的效果显著,可抑制炎症进展,促进关节功能恢复,且安全性较高,值得应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Huangqin Qingre Chubi capsule combined with prednisone acetate tablets on serum related factors in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 70 RA patients admitted in the traditional Chinese medicine department of Xinyang Central Hospital from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the computer random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Huangqin Qingre Chubi capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of rheumatoid factor(RF),C-reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of RF and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of pentraxin 3(PTX3),angiopoietin-like protein 2(ANGPTL2)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huangqin Qingre Chubi capsule combined with prednisone acetate tablets has a significant effect in the treatment of RA,it can inhibit the progress of inflammation and promote the recovery of joint function,which is safe and worthy of application.
