天麻素注射液联合奥拉西坦胶囊治疗老年脑梗死后血管性痴呆的效果及对脑血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨天麻素注射液联合奥拉西坦胶囊治疗老年脑梗死后血管性痴呆(VD)的效果。方法 选取2022年1月至12月在本院接受治疗的84例老年脑梗死后VD患者作为研究对象,按1∶1比例随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组给予奥拉西坦胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予天麻素注射液治疗。比较两组的脑血流动力学指标、认知功能、记忆能力及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组的左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉及基底动脉血流速度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的知觉障碍、类同比较、比较推理、系列关系及抽象思维评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的联想学习、指向记忆、图形再认、图像回忆、人像特点回忆及记忆商(MQ)评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 天麻素注射液联合奥拉西坦胶囊治疗老年脑梗死后VD不仅能稳定患者的基底动脉血流动力学,还能改善认知功能和记忆能力,且可有效保障治疗的安全性。thinking in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of associative learning,pointing memory,graphic recognition,image recall,portrait feature recall and memory quotient(MQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Gastrodin injection combined with oxiracetam capsules in the treatment of VD after cerebral infarction in the elderly can not only stabilize the hemorheology of basilar artery,but also improve cognitive function and memory ability,and can effectively guarantee the safety of treatment.
