摘　　要：铁路口岸是国家和地区对外开放的重要窗口,呼和浩特局集团公司服务范围内边境口岸是贯彻“一带一路”倡议,加强中蒙俄经济协作的重要基础设施。结合国家及地区经济发展及基础设施规划,系统分析呼和浩特局集团公司服务范围内二连浩特、策克、甘其毛都、满都拉4个口岸的经营现状、发展规划及后方铁路通道适配性,提出实施扩能改造、做大做强大宗商品贸易、推进进口物资公铁联运等边境口岸铁路物流发展策略,以及加强路内组织领导、争取路外协作支持等边境口岸铁路物流发展保障措施,为边境口岸铁路物流发展提供参考。Railway ports serve as important windows for countries and regions to achieve opening up,and border ports within the service scope of Hohhot Railway Bureau are important infrastructures among China,Mongolia,and Russia.According to national and regional economic development and infrastructure planning,this paper systematically analyzed the operation status,development planning,and adaptability of rear railway passages of Erenhot,Ceke,Ganqimaodu,and Mandula ports within the service scope of Hohhot Railway Group,and it put forward the development strategies of railway logistics at border ports,such as implementing capacity expansion and transformation,expanding and strengthening bulk commodity trade,and promoting united transportation of imported materials by railways and highways,as well as safeguard measures for railway logistics development at border ports,including strengthening the organization and leadership in China and striving for cooperation and support from other countries,which provided a reference for the development of railway logistics at border ports.
