摘 要:城市地面塌陷地质安全风险区划评价是城市运行综合风险防控的重要基础。针对近年来城市地面塌陷灾害频发的问题,本文提出以现有地质资料为基础,基于案例分析、风险识别、风险评价等研究方法,结合浙江省地面塌陷地质风险防控经验,建立了系统性的城市地面塌陷地质安全风险区划评价体系。结果表明:按照成因进行分类,将地面塌陷分为岩溶塌陷、采空塌陷、路面塌陷3大类及其10个亚类。梳理不良地质体可能造成的地面塌陷风险类型,并对地面塌陷风险开展地质要素识别。评价指南、风险“一张图”是风险区划的重点内容,区划结果为城市岩溶塌陷、采空塌陷和路面塌陷地质安全风险提供了防控靶区。The zoning evaluation of geological risk of ground collapse in urban area is an important basis for comprehensive risk prevention and control of urban operation.In view of the frequent occurrence of urban ground collapse disasters in recent years,this study establishes a systematic zoning evaluation system of geological safety risk for ground collapse in urban area,based on the existing geological data,case analysis,risk identification,risk evaluation and other research methods,combined with the experience of ground collapse geological risk prevention and control in Zhejiang Province.Results show that ground collapse is divided into three categories of karst collapse,mining collapse and road collapse with 10 subclasses.The adverse geological conditions that cause the risk of ground collapse in Zhejiang Province included karst area,mining area,artificial fill area,silt(sand)soil area,soft soil area,and hidden creek rivers area.Geological factors of the adverse geological conditions are identified.Evaluation guide,risk series maps and mapping description are the key contents of risk zoning.The zoning results provide a prevention and control target for the geological safety risks of karst collapse,mining collapse and road collapse in urban area.
