摘  要:通过可逆加成-断裂链转移聚合(RAFT)合成了核交联星形(CCS)聚合物,进一步制备了星形嵌段共聚物,研究了CCS聚合物的交联核聚合度(DP)、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPMA)浓度及HPMA与CCS聚合物物质的量之比对其原位自组装行为的影响。结果表明:所得CCS聚合物的相对分子质量分布较窄。随着CCS聚合物DP的增大,星形嵌段共聚物球形纳米粒子表面的粗糙度逐渐增加。采用CCS聚合物调控HPMA的水相光引发RAFT分散聚合时,其总体反应速率明显大于线形聚合物。Core-crosslinked star-shaped(CCS)polymer was synthesized by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization(RAFT),and star-shaped block copolymer was further prepared.The effects of crosslinking degree(DP)of CCS polymer,hydroxypropyl methacrylate(HPMA)concentration and the ratio of HPMA to CCS polymer substance on the in-situ self-assembly behavior of star-shaped block polymer were studied.The results show that the relative molecular weight distribution of the obtained CCS polymer is relatively narrow.As the DP of CCS polymer increases,the surface roughness of star shaped block copolymer spherical nanoparticles gradually increases.When CCS polymer is used to regulate the aqueous phase photo induced RAFT dispersion polymerization of HPMA,the overall reaction rate is significantly higher than that of linear polymer.
