摘 要:网络技术的飞速发展,带动炼油化工装置DCS不断前进,使得装置资源共享和系统融合方案得以实现。以实际生产遇到的问题为起点,开展技术攻关,在资源受限情况下,利用ECS-700在实际应用中表现出的扩展性和开放性,获得解决方案。将这项技术应用于空分制氮装置,实际的运行效果表明,组态后的装置更加直观、有效。既实现减员增效,又提高自动化管理水平。推动了多装置资源共享和系统融合。the rapid development of network technology has driven the continuous progress of DCS in oil refining and chemical plants,and realized the resource sharing and system integration of the plants.Take the problems encoun⁃tered in actual production as the starting point to launch technical research.Under the condition of limited resources,the expansibility and openness of ECS-700 in practical application can be used to obtain solutions.The application of this technology in the air separation nitrogen plant shows that the configured plant is more intuitive and effective.It not only realizes staff reduction and efficiency increase,but also improves the level of automatic management.It promotes resource sharing and system integration of multiple devices.
