摘  要:烧结系统分料器在使用过程中产生了一些问题:需要安装行程开关以检测分料器下料方向,但是故障率往往较高,导致无法准确地实时确定下料方向;由于烧结矿为块状物料,在带料进行料线切换时,设备容易被物料卡住,导致切换失败,严重时会造成设备损坏。通过改进控制方法,在分料器处于带料切换状态时,能够有效避免由于卡料造成的切换失败,同时避免造成设备损坏;通过设备故障判定,维护人员可以及时进行处理,减少经济损失。There are some problems in the process of using the distributor of sintering system:the distributor needs to install a travel switch to detect the blanking direction of the distributor,but the failure rate is often high,which makes it impossible to accurately determine the blanking direction in real time;because the sinter is a block material,when the material line is switched,the equipment is easy to be stuck by the material,which leads to the switching fail⁃ure and strict control Heavy load will cause equipment damage.By improving the control method,when the distributor is in the belt material switching state,it can effectively avoid the switching failure caused by material jam,and at the same time avoid causing equipment damage;through the judgment of equipment failure,the maintenance personnel can timely control deal to reduce the economic loss.
