摘 要:根据寒冷地区典型的光伏组件设计项目,提出一种适合寒冷地区的动力站设计方案,通过计算优化设备选型,设定控制逻辑,根据用冷负荷变化,切换机组加、减模式,调整水泵运行频率,启、闭旁通管道电动阀,利用冬季冷却塔免费制冷技术来建设全自动控制机房,并制定冬季冷却塔运行防冻措施。为寒冷地区的洁净厂房动力站设计提供技术参考。Based on a typical photovoltaic module design project in cold regions,this paper proposes a power station design scheme suitable for cold regions.Through optimizing equipment selection and setting control logic,the system switches the unit's operation mode based on changes in cooling load,adjusts the operating frequency of water pumps,opens and closes bypass pipe electric valves,and utilizes free cooling technology in cooling towers during winter to build a fully automated control room.Additionally,anti-freezing measures for the operation of cooling towers in winter are formulated.This paper provides technical references for the design of power stations in clean workshops in cold regions.
