摘  要:无指征用药、用法用量不合理、药物品种选择及给药疗程不合理是临床诊疗中不合理用药的主要问题,不仅会对患者的临床治疗产生不利影响,还可能增加医疗成本及治疗时间,甚至导致药品不良事件的发生。根据某种疾病或某类药物制定的药物治疗路径作为一种精细化管理手段,能有效促进临床合理用药。同时,在确保同病同治、医疗质量安全的前提下还可显著降低药品费用。目前国内已有部分医疗机构药学人员开始该领域的研究。本文就药物治疗路径的制定及应用现状作综述,为药物治疗路径在临床科室的推广提供参考。Non-indication medication,unreasonable usage and dosage,unreasonable selection of drug varieties and unreasonable course of treatment are the main problems of irrational drug use in clinical diagnosis and treatment.It will not only adversely affect the clinical treatment of patients,but also increase the medical cost and treatment time of patients,and even lead to the occurrence of adverse drug events.As a fine management method,the drug treatment pathway formulated according to a certain disease or a certain drug can effectively promote the rational use of drugs in clinic.At the same time,on the premise of ensuring the same treatment for the same disease and the safety of medical quality,it can also significantly reduce the drug cost of patients.At present,some pharmacists in medical institutions in China have begun to study in this field.This paper reviews the formulation and application of drug treatment pathway,and provides reference for the promotion of drug treatment pathway in clinical departments.
