摘　　要：自古以来,中国有一套不同于西方国家以“诉讼主义”为中心的调解模式。它以“无讼、贵和”为最高价值追求,强调将“情理法”有机结合,通过多元化的调解方式和途径,既保证了调解的权威性,又能及时化解矛盾纠纷。这套调解模式,被称为“中国式调解”。在世界格局向多极化发展,国际形势日益严峻、国际冲突愈发激烈的今天,中国以独特的东方调解智慧促成了沙特与伊朗世纪大和解,给中东地区的和平稳定带来曙光。越来越多的国家坚信,中国式调解还能为和平解决乌克兰危机提供切实可行的中国方案。Since ancient times,there has been a mediation model originated in China which is different from the Litigationism⁃centred model of Western countries.The former one takes“no litigation,cherishing harmony”as the highest value to pursue,emphasizing the organic integration of“sense,sensibility and law”.It not only ensures the authority of mediation,but also resolves conflicts and disputes timely by diversified mediation methods and approaches.We call this mediation model“Chinese⁃style mediation”.At present when the world pattern is developing towards multi⁃polarization,the international situation is becoming increasingly severe,and international conflicts are becoming more and more intense,unique oriental mediation wisdom from China has facilitated the Saudi⁃Iranian reconciliation in this century,which brought a ray of hope for peace and stability in the Middle East region.More and more countries are convinced that Chinese⁃style mediation can also provide a practical Chinese solution to the peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian crisis.
